Alabama Technology USA, LLC (“Alabama Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our corporate website at alabama-tech.com (the “Site”) or engage with our technology consulting and development services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope & Separate Product Policies

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Alabama Tech corporate website and our consulting and development services. Alabama Tech also develops and publishes software products, including Pulse Browser (available at pulsebrowser.com), which has its own, separate privacy policy. If you use Pulse Browser or any other Alabama Tech product that maintains its own privacy policy, please refer to that product’s website for information about how your data is handled in connection with that product.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you fill out our contact form, request a project quote, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of your message or inquiry. You are not required to provide this information, but we may not be able to respond to your request without it.

Information collected automatically
